Serve Day is an exciting opportunity for the local church to go into our communities and love our neighbors in practical and tangible ways. By finding a need and meeting it, we offer hope to the forgotten and healing to the hurting.

Who can serve?

Everyone can participate! Groups, families, singles, people new to the church, and those who desire to be more connected.

Do I need to sign up for a SERVE project or can I just show up on Serve Day??
In order for all project participants to have the best experience and maximize impact, we ask that you sign up for a project in advance. Each project will have a certain number of volunteer openings designed to suit the size and scope of the project.
How do I plan a serve project?
Get creative! Assess the needs of people in your neighborhood and around your community. Perhaps there is a widow, single mother, or elderly person that could be assisted by cutting grass or cleaning up their yard.
Firefighters, police officers, school resource officers, and local business owners are all great people to serve!
What if my project requieres me to purchase supplies?
Everyone is responsible for the costs associated with their project. We recommend spending time planning your project based on your group’s size, commitment level, and access to resources.
What do I wear?

Your Vertical serve T-Shirt, a smile, and appropriate clothing for the task in hand (which could mean close-toed shoes, gloves, etc.)

Get your Vertical Serve T-shirt at church on any our Sunday Services.
